Food lovers would want to pay attention to this post :) Bandung is one of the city in Indonesia that has the best culinary, it has lots of various food and drink. Therefore I would like to summarize some of the best restaurant and cafe in Bandung, I promise you that these several restaurants and cafes are the best one to try! However, I will post these restaurants and cafes in several post. Hence this time I will introduce you to the glamorous restaurant with affordable price, "Herb & Spice"!
Herb & Spice is located in Jl. Pasirkaliki No. 163, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. This restaurant is the sister company of "Prima Rasa" which is a bakery. The building has two floor which consists of "Prima Rasa" bakery in the first floor and the "Herb & Spice" itself on the second floor. The design of "Herb & Spice" includes the collection of spices from Indonesia as well as books that completes the decoration. The place are made in different atmosphere which are the indoor area with various kind of books and comfortable seating to chitchat and converse. On the other hand, there is the outdoor area to relax and enjoy the natural ventilation.

Along with the great presentation of foods with various combination between western and Indonesia food, "Herb & Spice" also provides different kind of coffee and drinks. The coffees are made with original coffee beans in Indonesia with the help of professional barista. While the tea also comes from different areas in Indonesia.
The Virgin Mojito is a little bit different from the common Mojito as basil seeds and cherry are added to the drink

According to Bareca the spices and herbs that are used in the western menu composed of onion, garlic, tarragon, rosemary along with oregano which are dominant ingredients in such foods.

Once again this restaurant is recommended if you visit Bandung and I am not bias about this restaurant as it is proven that "Herb & Spice" has a superb taste! And it is worth a try since it is affordable when in compare to restaurants in Jakarta :)
